Halloween

A few weeks ago we collected some pumpkins at Bellewood Acres.

The kids were very specific about what their pumpkin needed to be.  It took a long time to choose...

...but that was fine because we had all afternoon :)

We carved them up right before Halloween....and then forgot to light them Halloween night.

 Amanda was Merida.  Grandma made her beautiful dress and Papa lent her the bow.

The boy changed his mind last minute.....instead of a pirate, he wanted to go as a vampire.  He was upset because we didn't have any teeth :(  So he ended up looking like Red Beard in a purple cape. sigh.
