Bike*a*thon

Amanda participated in her very first bike-a-thon. This, of course, was a fundraiser to help the preschool buy more things-oh and a (very) small percentage would go to help the kids in Haiti. Among others, we asked Grandma Betsy if she would like to donate some money...say $5? No, no....she elected to give $1 per lap. So with the money promised, Amanda set to work on these laps. It seemed she thought it a race. Zooming around the parking lot, keeping time with the boys, who were mostly sans training wheels. Amanda ended up with 52 laps! That $5 is looking pretty good right now, huh Grandma? :p
