When Charlotte wants something, she goes for it-no matter what, especially when I tell her no. Recently she has persuaded me that she is in fact a "big girl now", and can chew gum. She does fine, but we don't need to be chewing it all the time. Below, she helped herself to a piece and she's been caught in the act.

Pleading with me to let her keep it in there :)

I'm assuming she used the shelf as her own personal step stool? She looks very innocent. Did you let her keep it??
